Eugene Pridonoff has maintained an international performing and teaching career since 1965, when he was a laureate in the Leventritt, Montreal, Brazil, and Tchaikovsky competitions and was appointed to the piano faculty of Temple University. In the ensuing decades he established himself internationally as one of the leading performing pedagogues after graduating from the Curtis Institute of Music. His major teacher included Rudolf Serkin, Miecyzslaw Horszowski, and Lilian Steuber.
He has performed with world famous major orchestras and given chamber recitals with Lynn Harrell, Leonard Rose, Jamie Raredo, and James Wiley. Identified in the publication 'The Most Wanted Piano Teacher in the United States' by Benjamin Saver, Eugene Pridonoff has been a featured performer, teacher, and lecturer at the World Piano Pedagogy Conferences.
His former students hold collegiate teaching positions throughout the world and have been first-place winners in the famous competitions. Eugene Pridonoff regularly performs and teaches in the Orient.
Co-Artistic director with Elizabeth Pridonoff of the CCM Prague International Piano Festival, Eugene Pridonoff has taught at the Amalfi, Belgium, Barcelona, and Chautauqua Festivals. He is a professor of Piano and Artist-in Residence at College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati since 1980.

Norman Kreiger

Norman Krieger became a full scholarship student of Adele Marcus at The Juilliard School at the age of 15. He received both his BM and MM degrees at The Juilliard School. Subsequently, he studied with Alfred Brendel and Maria Curcio in London, and was awarded an artist’s diploma from the New England Conservatory, where he worked with Russell Sherman. He serves as a full professor at USC Thornton from 2011. Many of his students have won top prizes in national and international competitions and have also been appointed to distinguished teaching positions in both universities and conservatories around the world. Mr. Krieger is one of the most acclaimed pianists of his generation. He regularly appears with the major ensembles of the world, among them the New York, Los Angeles, Hamilton, and Hong Kong philharmonics, the symphonies of Chicago, Cincinnati, Honolulu, Pittsburgh, Grand Teton , San Antonio, and San Diego, the Boston Pops Orchestra, Prague’s Czech National Symphony Orchestra, Turkey’s Presidential Symphony Orchestra, and Taiwan’s National Symphony Orchestra. He also has been invited to adjudicate many national and international piano competitions and regularly gives master classes at universities and conservatories.

Elizabeth Pridonoff studied piano with Adele Marcus, Sasha Gorodnitzski, Hans Heinz, Anna Kaskas, and Guido Agosti; chamber music with Leonard Rose, Ivan Galamian, Menahem Pressler, vocal accompanying with Martin Isepp.
As a soloist, Pridonoff has performed with many major orchestras in the world and appeared in the Chautauqua, San Luis Obispo Mozart, Arcady, Western Arts, Lyric Arts, Shreveport, and Graz. She has adjudicated national and international piano competitions including the Kapell, Virginia Warning, Chicago Symphony, Wideman and World Piano.
Hur current and former students hold faculty positions internationally and have won or placed in the world-renowned competitions. Her international career also includes performances as part of the Pridonoff Duo.
Elizabeth Pridonoff is the Co-Artistic Director of the CCM Prague International Piano Institute and Brevard Music Festival. She served as a Professor of Piano at the College-Conservatory of Music, University of Cincinnati since1982, and also a Steinway Artist.

Eun Hur studied piano with Shigeo Neriki, Jerome Rose, Virginia Marks, Gaby Casadesus, Nakho Paik, Hyosoon Park and Mihyang Hong. She made her performing debut at the age of seven in CBS Broadcasting Services and won several major competitions in Korea and starts her teaching career from eighteen years old. Since then she has given solo recitals, ensemble concerts and performed with orchestras. She published several basic piano technique teaching materials.
Eun Hur established herself nationally as one of the leading Korean performing pedagogues including an instructorship at Indiana University, Seoul National University, Chungang University, Myungji University, Kangnam Univerisity, Kyungin College, Seoul Arts School, Sunhwa Arts School, Kaewon Arts School, Dukwon Arts School, Anyang Arts School, and Kyungi Arts School. With her remarkable teaching and performing experiences and philosophy on music, she opened the HurArt to benefit many musicians.
